NIOS Stream 3 and 4 stream for admission is Open now. It will open the current year for those learners who have already passed Secondary from a recognized Board and want to take part admission in one subject or upto 4 subjects for updating their qualifications or learners who had appeared but could not clear or who were eligible but could not appear the Public Examination of Secondary level from any recognized Board and want to appear through On Demand Examination System of NIOS for Secondary Level only.

The learner has to submit his/her admission form along with the original failed mark sheet/admit card (Hall Ticket) issued by the Board for confirmation of the admission. The learners registered under stream 3 will be eligible for TOC as per the guidelines and conditions are given in NIOS Prospectus. In Stream 3 of the NIOS Board Marksheet, provisional certificate, migration cum transfer certificate, and passing certificate will be awarded in the year 2023 to successful learners. The NIOS takes conscious steps to provide quality education.
